The ABUS FO-Z is a simple lockable window handle that is operated using a push cylinder. The comfortable and ergonomically shaped ABUS FO-Z window handle is ideal as a child safety device for your windows and can be used for all standard windows in Germany.
ABUS FO-Z | Use & Application:
You can use the FO-Z for aluminium, timber and uPVC windows. With the adjustable square spindle it can be used universally for both DIN directions. Two keys are included to operate the handle. Locking is achieved via the push cylinder, even without a key. In the tilted position you can still lock the handle.
ABUS FO-Z | Dimensions & Installation:
With a little DIY skill the handle can easily be installed yourself. You simply need to remove your old handle and then screw the new handle into the existing drill holes. A short installation guide is included.
If in doubt, we recommend commissioning a tradesperson to carry out the installation. To guarantee burglary protection on the hinge side, we recommend fitting a hinge-side security device there.

The ABUS FO-Z has its own keyed-alike system and cannot be keyed alike with the other ABUS window security devices. If you require a window handle keyed alike with the other ABUS window security devices, we recommend the FG300. This window handle is also available with an alarm function as the FG300A.
