The ABUS FO-Z is a simple lockable window handle that is opened with a push cylinder. The comfortable and ergonomically shaped ABUS FO-Z window handle is ideal as a child safety device for your windows and can be used for all standard windows in Germany.
ABUS FO-Z | Use & application:
You can use the FO-Z for windows made of aluminium, wood and plastic. With the adjustable square spindle it can be used universally for both DIN directions (left and right). Two keys are included in the scope of delivery, with which you can operate the window handle. It can be locked by the push cylinder, even without a key. You can still lock the handle when the window is tilted.
ABUS FO-Z | Dimensions & installation:
With a little DIY skill the window handle can easily be installed by yourself. You need to remove your old window handle and then screw the new handle into the existing drilled holes. A short installation guide is included in the scope of delivery.
If in doubt, we recommend hiring a tradesperson to carry out the installation. To ensure protection against break‑ins on the hinge side, we recommend fitting a hinge‑side security device there.

The ABUS FO-Z has its own keyed‑alike system and cannot be keyed alike with the other ABUS window security devices. If you require a window handle keyed alike with your other ABUS window security products, we recommend the FG300. This handle is also available with an alarm function as the FG300A.
