The Athmer Schall‑Ex L‑15/30 OS is an automatic, drop‑down door seal for the highest acoustic requirements. With a robust omega profile, one‑sided actuation, self‑extinguishing silicone sealing profile and an impressive travel of up to 20 mm, it provides excellent sound insulation values – up to 52 dB at 7 mm under‑door gap. Ideal for sound‑insulating, fire‑ and smoke‑protection doors in residential and commercial areas.

The Schall‑Ex L‑15/30 OS is a seal with one‑sided actuation that only functions correctly when installed. On closing, the seal only drops in the final millimetres and adapts precisely to the floor. The spring can be damaged if the seal is actuated outside the door. The OS variant is screwed to the underside of the door leaf and saves installation time as no pressure plate is required.
