The Expert for Sandwich Panel circular saw blade delivers consistent performance on sandwich panels. The special tooth geometry allows cutting through steel sheet while maintaining the bond between the steel layer and the insulating material. The blade features extra-hard Microteq teeth, which are internally manufactured from robust carbide grain. This performance is supported by the blade’s Proteqtion coating, which prevents corrosion and enables reliable cutting while reducing friction. The product is equipped with damping slots for particularly smooth running, significantly less noise and noticeably reduced vibration. Use this saw blade on sandwich panels with steel sheets (single- or double-sided coated). The MTCG tooth configuration (Multi-Purpose Triple Chip Grind) of the Expert for Sandwich Panel circular saw blade ensures a long service life even under the most demanding applications.
