The Office 816 E FP safe with PIN code & fingerprint, depending on which variant you prefer, is — with a capacity of 315 L — once again the largest variant of the OfficeLine series in the resistance grade I range. It offers an incredible amount of space for all kinds of valuables or important documents. With adjustable shelves and a customised filing depth, the internal layout can be determined individually. If you use this as a business safe, you have the option of storing folders, customer documents, bank data and much more separately and securely. Optionally, you can also purchase the appropriate inner safes and integrate them into your safe, thereby guaranteeing double protection for selected valuables. The Office 816 E FP is in resistance grade I, which is the next higher area compared to security class B, where the OfficeLine models 801, 802, 804 & 806 are located. Compared with the lower class it is fire-resistant and has certified burglary protection according to EN 1143-1. Insurers use the security levels as a criterion when determining the insured sum, since an increase in security levels generally indicates a rise in the sophistication of burglary protection. For example, models with resistance grade I have a non-resettable emergency locking system, which means that the door’s most vulnerable points are reinforced with additional bolts if damaged.

The construction of the safe is fundamentally the same: the door and the entire body are double-walled. Locking is achieved on three sides by 28 mm round bolts; these also serve as rear-engaging bolts on the hinge side. There is an anchoring option in the base of the Office 816 and, together with the supplied fixing material, you can secure it firmly to the floor. This prevents it from being taken from the premises and opened at another location.
