BURG-WÄCHTER security safe Karat MT 660 K key

The type-tested and monitored by ECB-S/VdS KARAT MT 660 safe with key from Burg-Wächter is the larger variant of the MT 640. It is ideally suited to store your most valuable possessions securely and offers maximum burglary resistance. The adjustable shelf also helps you to organise your valuables exactly as you wish.

The safe door has a double wall; the door plate is made of 7 mm thick SM steel and features additional reinforcement. The three-sided locking is effected by strong square bolts. The locking bolts at the top and bottom feature an integrated steel roller. This provides extreme additional protection against flame-cutting, drilling and battering.

The safe body consists of three walls; the outer casing here is made of flame-cutting protected stainless steel material.
Prepared for rear wall and floor anchoring, the safe can be securely anchored into wall and floor using the fixing material, providing extremely high pull-out resistance. One rear wall and one floor hole are arranged centrally for mounting.

The KARAT MT 660 furthermore offers optimal protection of your valuables against flames thanks to its robust fire-protection material (tested according to DIN 4102-A1) and a continuous fire rebate in the body.

The KARAT is also suitable for storing up to 5 handguns including ammunition (in accordance with § 36 of the Weapons Act).

K "SecuSafe": The variant with a mechanical lock is VdS-tested (Class 2) and EN 1300 ECB•S-certified (lock class B). In addition, the MT 660 features a mandatory locking function, i.e. the key can only be removed when the safe has been correctly closed. In the event of key loss or if a larger quantity is required, the lock of the MT 660 can be immediately rekeyed using the separately available key sets. The KARAT's safe lock offers 10 tumblers, 50 million different lockings. The lock fitting projects 3 mm and 2 keys are supplied per safe.

E FP "SecuTronic": The electronic lock is ECB•S-certified (class B). During configuration up to 9 individual user codes and 20 fingerprints can be stored to define the persons who have access. For the safe to be opened via the fingerprint scan, two fingers must be programmed/entered for each user beforehand. To protect against manipulation using a forged finger, it additionally has a "live finger detection" function. The lock fitting projects 30 mm in this variant. Two batteries (Mignon LR 6 AA) are included with the KARAT MT 660 so you can put the MT 660 into use immediately. A modern, precise and highly sensitive authentication method according to the current state of the art. Time function and rights allocation as well as security plus: opening delay, lockout times, firmware updates via microSD card.

Delivery to the kerbside

Delivery of safes is usually to the kerbside, i.e. the safe will be unloaded by the haulage company on site. There is NO transport into the house or the flat!
