COMBICLICK abrasive tools for surface finishing
The COMBICLICK system consists of a specially developed backing pad and a sturdy holder on the back of the tool. With COMBICLICK, scratches caused by protruding clamping parts are avoided and a very high utilisation of the available abrasive is achieved. The special geometry of the cooling slots ensures a high airflow, thereby significantly reducing the thermal load on the abrasive and the workpiece. The quick-clamping system offers up to 30% lower workpiece temperature, 25% higher material removal rate and 30% longer service life compared with conventional tools.
Safety note: The specified maximum speed must never be exceeded for safety reasons.
