High security

Up to 12 profile control pins and 7 spring-loaded locking levers per cylinder make overcoming the cylinder of the locking system almost impossible. The hardened steel bar additionally provides increased protection against forcible 'tearing off' and 'pulling' of the cylinder.

The associated reversible key is equipped with two independently moving rollers; additionally, the surface features special high/low milling, so the key is optimally protected against unauthorised key copying.

The DOM 333 ix Twido half cylinder is available in so-called differently keyed and keyed-alike variants (selection is available below the "cylinder length" under "keying"). When using multiple cylinders keyed alike, all cylinders can be opened with a single key. With differently keyed cylinders, different keys are required for each individual cylinder. How do I order cylinders keyed alike?

All cylinders and multi-keys of the DOM ix Twido range can be manufactured keyed alike with each other; to do so you must place the corresponding order. All compatible items must be selected as "keyed alike" within a single basket. If you require different keyings for individual pairs of cylinders of the same series, please place a separate order for each keying system.

How many keys will I receive?

All cylinders are usually produced with 3 keys as standard; these are included in the delivery. So if you order 4 cylinders, you will receive 12 keys. The number of keys per cylinder is always the same, regardless of the keying type (keyed-alike or differently keyed) of the ordered cylinders.
