DOM ix Twido knob cylinder

As a knob cylinder of the DOM ixTwido series, this represents another cylinder type alongside double and half cylinders. This mechanical profile cylinder is also optionally available with enhanced drill protection and a modular design, but even in the standard version already offers the highest protection with security level 5. The cylinders of the ixTwido series are primarily designed for very complex or very large locking systems and are particularly used in large commercial premises thanks to the combination with the increased security standard.

Increased protection against external attacks on the cylinder caused by drilling machines.

Modular design:
Thanks to the modular design of the cylinder, it is possible to change the lengths of the cylinder afterwards. This allows you to adapt it to any installation situation, for example caused by a move. This way you avoid having to purchase a new sample cylinder that has to be manufactured to fit your locking and the associated sample surcharge.

High security

Up to 12 profile control pins and 7 spring-loaded locking elements per cylinder make overcoming the cylinder of the locking system almost impossible. The hardened steel bar also provides increased protection against forcible "tearing" and "pulling" of the cylinder.

High key copy protection

The new reversible key system ix Twido is particularly well protected against unauthorised copies by a floating-mounted double roller in the key. A special high-low milling (HT) in the horizontal base profile provides additional security in profile control and is difficult to copy. The new ix Twido meets almost every security requirement. With the new roller technology and the sophisticated design, you hold a locking system in your hands that truly has it all.

The listed cylinder configurations are custom-made items and are therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal:

• differently keyed knob cylinders with a total length > 100 mm
• all keyed-alike cylinders
• all cylinders with enhanced drill protection
• all cylinders with a modular design

DOM 333 ix Twido knob cylinder - additional information

The knob cylinder of the DOM ix Twido series can only be integrated into a keyed-alike system with cylinders from the same series, i.e. all cylinders have identical keying and each of the supplied keys is aligned to that single keying. If you have ordered an individual cylinder as "differently keyed", it is of course still possible to subsequently have cylinders manufactured with the same keying; however, you must request this by email (info@endlich-sicher.de).

How do I order keyed-alike cylinders?

Select the 333 ix Twido in a keyed-alike variant and add it to the basket. All keyed-alike cylinders (e.g. double, half and knob cylinders) as well as the corresponding extra keys will then be coordinated within the order. If you require two or more different keyed-alike systems, please place two separate orders. Please read the product description carefully to see whether other products are compatible.

Please send us a request by email; you will receive an appropriate offer and all information on the further procedure. It is important to note in advance that we require the original security card both when ordering a sample cylinder and when ordering a sample key.
