ASSA ABLOY DC300DA - Use & Application:
The DC300 is a surface-mounted rod-type door closer with integrated opening damper and delayed action. It meets the requirements for fire and smoke protection doors when used with the optional mounting plate.
With its infinitely adjustable closing force EN 3-6, it can be used for doors hung DIN-L or DIN-R with a door leaf width of up to 1400 mm. By using thermodynamic valves it is largely insensitive to temperature fluctuations.
ASSA ABLOY DC300DA - Installation:
The door closer can be used in door-leaf mounting on the hinge side or in head/transom mounting on the side opposite the hinges. Adjustment of the closing speed, latching action and opening damping can be conveniently reached from the front. Installation on fire-rated doors is possible with the use of the optional mounting plate (available separately). This mounting plate is mounted concealed and does not affect the dimensions of the door closer.
