The Athmer Stadi L‑24/20 TS is a high‑quality automatic door bottom seal with single‑sided actuation, specially developed for doors with high requirements for acoustic, smoke and fire protection. The robust aluminium profile, the self‑extinguishing silicone sealing profile and the precise parallel lowering ensure reliable sealing for floor gaps up to 16 mm. The TS variant is fixed from underneath and is ideal for wooden, metal and plastic doors for both internal and external use.

The Stadi L‑24/20 TS is part of the versatile drop seals of the Stadi series and is particularly suitable for doors where bottom mounting is required or advantageous. Thanks to the parallel lowering, the seal profile seals evenly across the entire door width – without offset of the inner rail. The silicone profile remains elastic even with temperature fluctuations and provides reliable smoke and fire protection properties. The seal is certified for barrier‑free doors and can be retrofitted without difficulty.
