The Athmer Stadi L‑24/20 OS is a powerful, single‑side activated door drop seal, specially designed for high‑quality internal and external doors made of wood, metal or plastic. With a self‑extinguishing silicone sealing profile, automatic height and level compensation and a high sound insulation value of up to 45 dB, it offers maximum sealing against sound, smoke, draughts and fire. The OS variant is screwed from below (Omega profile), enabling a stable and visually unobtrusive installation.

Thanks to the Omega profile fixing, installation is performed from below, providing a clean appearance and high stability. The seal effortlessly adapts to uneven floor surfaces via automatic level compensation and only drops down at the very last moment when the door is closed, minimising wear and ensuring optimal sound and smoke tightness.
