The Athmer Stadi XL‑40 DT is an especially robust, automatically drop‑down door and gate seal, designed for heavy doors and swing gates. With an impressive seal travel of up to 20 mm, a sturdy aluminium housing and a self‑extinguishing silicone sealing profile, it provides maximum sealing — even for large floor gaps or uneven floors. Ideally suited for fire and smoke protection doors as well as all applications where the highest safety and load requirements apply.

The Stadi XL‑40 DT was specially developed for applications where high security and load capacity are the priority – e.g. in industrial gate systems or massive exterior doors. Due to the single‑sided release, the seal only fully lowers at the last moment when the door closes, ensuring maximum sealing and operational reliability. Stainless steel cover plates (Type A or B) are optionally available for aesthetic enhancement and additional robustness.
