Half cylinder DOM RS8 MTB VDS BZ+

With the DOM RS 8 system you receive a security card for locking systems. That is your special security plus! After all, duplicate keys can only be ordered from a specialist dealer upon presentation of this card. So with DOM RS 8 you really have good cards when it comes to security.

High security

Up to 14 lock-authorisation checks per key make it almost impossible to overcome the cylinder of the locking system.

High key copy protection

The additional lateral rib on the key makes the production of key copies virtually impossible.

VDS BZ+ approval

Highest possible protection against burglary and forced-entry attempts recognised by an independent testing institute. Conditions according to VdS standard.

Coded individual locking (VDS BZ+, Modular)

Special variant for single- and two-family houses with optimal security equipment.

Technical features:

• Profile-matched step offsets: protection against key copying
• Complex coding in the key: makes producing a duplicate key more difficult
• Nickel silver keys: corrosion-free and low-wear
• Locking cam
• 8 pin tumblers made of special brass / hardened steel: provide manipulation protection against intelligent opening methods and impact protection
• Of these, 3 novel additional pin tumbler pairs, arranged axially in a second row.
• Increased drill resistance: elements made of hard metal (carbide) or hardened steel
• Springs: part of the pin tumblers; they bring the pins into the correct locking position

DOM 333 RS8 half cylinder - custom-made:

The following cylinder configurations are custom-made and are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal:

• keyed-different half cylinders with a total length > 60 mm
• all keyed-alike cylinders

The DOM 333 RS8 half cylinder is available in so-called keyed-different and keyed-alike variants (selection is made below "Cylinder length" under "Locking"). When using multiple keyed-alike cylinders, all cylinders can be opened with just one key. For keyed-different cylinders, different keys are required for each individual cylinder. Please note the following when ordering keyed-alike cylinders:

How do I order keyed-alike cylinders?

Select the 333 RS8 in a keyed-alike variant and add it to the shopping cart. All keyed-alike cylinders (e.g. double, half and knob cylinders) as well as the corresponding additional keys will then be coordinated within the order. If you need two or more different keyed-alike systems, please place two separate orders. Please read the item description carefully to see whether other products are compatible. Please note: Keyed-alike cylinders are custom-made and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned!

How many keys will I receive?

You will receive 3 keys per cylinder for both keyed-alike and keyed-different variants. If you require more keys, these must be added to the order separately as additional keys.

I already own products with a 333 RS8 cylinder and need more keys for them?

We offer you the option of subsequently ordering additional keys for keyed-alike cylinder sets that you already own. Please order the so-called replacement keys according to the sample and provide your key number (e.g. SM12345) when ordering. In addition, we also require the original key card. Please send this to us by post.

I already own 333 RS8 cylinders and need additional cylinders?

If you already own 333 RS8 cylinders or products fitted with them and would like to add further cylinders, we can order these for you for a small additional charge. To adapt the cylinders accordingly, we also require your key card. Please submit your request by e-mail (info[at]endlich-sicher.de) – you will then receive a corresponding offer.
