ABUS Vitess.1000 Half cylinder - Use and application:

The Vitess.1000 half cylinder from ABUS Pfaffenhain can be used for house and flat entrance doors as well as garage doors, garden gates and padlocks. Thanks to the patented Intellitec system it offers protection against unauthorised key copies. The half cylinder can be keyed alike and combined with double, knob and round cylinders of the Vitess.1000 series.

• Intop system with patent
• coded profile rib
• multi paracentric contour profile
• 6 spring-loaded pins
• 14 mm core diameter
• suitable for small locking systems
• cam adjustable in 8 positions (press down pin and turn the cam)
• 3 keys supplied per cylinder (for increased demand, additional keys must be ordered!)

ABUS Vitesse.1000 Half cylinder - Custom-made

The following cylinder configurations are custom-made and excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal:

• differently-keyed half cylinders with a total length > 60 mm
• all keyed-alike cylinders

ABUS Vitess.1000 Half cylinder - Keyed-alike option:

The Vitess.1000 is available in many different cylinder lengths and both keyed-alike and keyed-differently. With a keyed-alike setup, all included cylinders have the same keying and can therefore be locked and unlocked with the same keys. Please note the following when ordering:

How do I order keyed-alike cylinders?

All cylinders of the Vitess.1000 series selected within an order in the keyed-alike variant are manufactured to match each other and therefore have the same keying. This also applies to additional keys, which must be included as a separate line item in the order. If you require two different keyed-alike groups, please indicate this in the comment field during the ordering process or place two separate orders.

Order the so-called sample keys to obtain new keys for your existing keying. Please follow the ordering guide in the product description.

If you already have keyed-alike cylinders from the Vitess.1000 system and wish to add further cylinders, we can have these manufactured for you for an additional charge. To adapt the cylinders accordingly, we also require your key card. Please send your request by e-mail (info[at]endlich-sicher.de) – you will then receive an appropriate quote.

ABUS Vitess.1000 Half cylinder - Dimensions and installation:

The cylinder length you need depends on the thickness of your door and the thickness of the fittings. The required measurement can be read from the relevant door. Dimensions A and B (see diagram) determine the required cylinder length.
