The Vitess.2000 half cylinder from ABUS Paffenhain rounds off the Vitess.2000 series and is also rated at security level 4 .

ABUS Vitess.2000 half cylinder - Use and application:

Like the double and knob cylinders, the half cylinder of the Vitess.2000 series offers excellent protection against key copying thanks to many factors such as the patented Intellitec system or the supplied security card. This means you do not need to worry about unauthorised key duplications. Its possible areas of use are varied; it can be used for house and flat entrance doors, garage doors, garden gates and padlocks. Within a keyed-alike system, i.e. the individual cylinders do not have separate keying but all the same, the cylinder can be combined with all cylinder variants of the Vitess.2000 series.

How do I order keyed-alike cylinders?

Create a shopping basket with all required cylinders of the Vitess.2000 series in the "keyed-alike" variant. Depending on your needs, you can also add the appropriate additional keys. You will then receive an order in which all compatible products are delivered with the same keying and can therefore be operated with the same keys. At least two products in the "keyed-alike" version can be ordered; if you only need one cylinder please choose the "differently keyed" variant.

How many keys do I receive?

Each cylinder always includes 3x keys; if this number is not sufficient, you can order as many additional keys as you like.

ABUS Vitess.2000 half cylinder - Dimensions and installation:

The cylinder length depends directly on the thickness of your door and the fitting thickness. The Vitess.2000 half cylinder is offered in many different lengths; to find your correct length, you must determine the internal and external measurement (see diagram "a" and "b"). The internal measurement for a half cylinder is always set at 10 mm, which is why you only need to measure the external dimension (side "b") from the central fixing screw.
