With the DOM RS 8 system you will receive a security card for locking systems. That is your special security plus! After all, copies of keys can only be ordered from the specialist dealer upon presentation of this card. With DOM RS 8 you really have good cards when it comes to security.

High security

Up to 14 authorisation checks per key make overcoming the cylinder of the keying system almost impossible.

High key copy protection

The additional lateral rib on the key makes it almost impossible to produce key copies.

VDS BZ+ approval

Highest possible protection against burglary and lock-opening attempts, recognised by an independent testing institute. Conditions according to VdS standard.

Coded single locks (VDS BZ+, modular)

Special variant for single- and two-family homes with optimal security equipment.

Technical features:

• Profile-matched stepped cuts: protection against key copying
• Complex coding in the key: makes the production of a duplicate key more difficult
• Nickel silver keys: corrosion-resistant and low-wear
• Locking cam
• 8 pin tumblers made from special brass / hardened steel: provide protection against manipulation by intelligent opening methods and against impact attacks
• Of these, 3 novel additional pin tumbler pairs, arranged axially in a second row.
• Increased drill protection: elements made from hard metal or hardened steel
• Springs: part of the pin tumblers; they bring the pins into the correct locking position

DOM 333 RS8 half cylinder - special manufacture:

The following cylinder configurations are special manufactures and are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal:

• keyed-differently half cylinders with a total length > 60 mm
• all keyed-alike cylinders

The DOM 333 RS8 half cylinder is available in so-called keyed-differently and keyed-alike variants (selection is made below "Cylinder length" under "Keying"). When using several keyed-alike cylinders, all cylinders can be opened with a single key. For keyed-differently cylinders, different keys are required for each individual cylinder. Please note the following when ordering keyed-alike cylinders:

How do I order keyed-alike cylinders?

Select the 333 RS8 in a keyed-alike variant and add it to the shopping cart. All keyed-alike cylinders (e.g. double, half and knob cylinders) as well as the corresponding additional keys will then be coordinated within the order. If you need two or more different keyed-alike systems, please place two separate orders. Please read the article text carefully to see whether other products are compatible. Please note: keyed-alike cylinders are special manufactures and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned!

How many keys will I receive?

For both keyed-alike and keyed-differently variants you will receive 3 keys per cylinder. If you need more keys, these must be added to the order separately as additional keys.

I already own products with 333 RS8 cylinders and need additional keys for them?

We offer you the option of subsequently ordering further keys for keyed-alike cylinder sets that you already own. Please order so-called replacement keys according to the sample and provide your key number (e.g. SM12345) when ordering. In addition, we require the original key card. Please send this to us by post.

I already own 333 RS8 cylinders and need additional cylinders?

If you already own 333 RS8 cylinders or products equipped with them and would like to add further cylinders, we can order these for you for a small additional charge. To adapt the cylinders accordingly, we also need your key card. Please submit your request by e-mail (info[at]endlich-sicher.de) – you will then receive an appropriate offer.
