Hoppe Verona M051/US956 tilt-and-turn window handle made of brass with Secustik and VarioFit
This Hoppe tilt-and-turn window handle is manufactured from brass. It complies with the DIN EN 13126-3: 23/180-0150/03/C1 and is certified according to RAL-GZ 607/9. As a result the handle is particularly durable. It is available exclusively as a classic window handle.
The window handle is supplied with a 7 mm adjustable Hoppe solid spindle and the cam has a diameter of 10 mm. Installation is carried out with concealed M5 threaded screws.
The window handle with an audible plus for security - Secustik
Window handles equipped with Secustik have a patented locking mechanism that serves as an integrated basic security. This prevents unauthorised shifting of the window fitting from the outside. Between the handle and the square spindle there is a coupling element that functions like a “mechanical diode”. The handle can be operated normally from the inside, but it will be blocked if someone from the outside attempts to manipulate the window handle via the fitting.
When Secustik handles are operated through 180° from the locked position to the tilt position, the self-securing locking mechanism engages into different handle positions with a precision click. The characteristic Secustik sound produced is the audible plus for increased window security.
The "Resista" surface in detail
For fittings with Resista, HOPPE provides a 10-year guarantee on the surface (please refer to the manufacturer’s “Guarantee Statement”). This surface is therefore ideal both for coastal areas and for high-traffic areas such as public buildings, shops and hotels. All products with Resista surface guarantee are subject to continuous quality checks and, in as-new condition, meet the requirements of the European standard EN 1670. Dirt can be removed with water and a soft cloth. Harsh cleaners or chemical agents should not be used. The fittings furthermore require no special care. You can recognise products with a Resista surface by the suffix "-R" in the surface designation.
