  The ABUS 7530 additional door lock is a robust lock for doors with an integrated security bar and a Pfaffenhain V356 cylinder protected by a security card. The convenient turn knob allows the lock to be opened quickly and easily. Due to its slim design it can also be fitted where there is limited space. ABUS 7530 - Use and application: The ABUS 7530 auxiliary lock reliably protects doors against forced entry. The 7530 is mounted on the lock side to the door leaf and frame and, thanks to its massive oval bolt, withstands high pressure loads. The practical security bar allows the door to be opened a crack (e.g. to receive mail) without risk. The lock can be used for left- and right-hand hung doors alike. The variant offered here features a metallic cover plate manufactured by die casting. The hinge side of the door should be protected with a door lift-off protection.   ABUS 7530 - Dimensions and installation: The 7530 additional lock can be fitted to most inward-opening, single-leaf doors. Installation can easily be carried out yourself using the included installation instructions. Information on required tools and scope of delivery can be found in the user and installation manual. If in doubt, however, you should leave the installation to a professional. With a backset of only 45 mm, the ABUS 7530 is ideal for tight installation conditions. The door rebate depth can range from 38 mm to 90 mm.
