ABUS Vitess.4000 knob cylinder - Use and application:

The Vitess.4000 system rounds off the Vitess series by ABUS Pfaffenhain and is rated with the highest security level, so the cylinders are not without reason considered bestsellers. The mechanical profile cylinders offer the highest security standards and, with ABUS's patented Intop system, the coded profile rib with profile probing pin and the security card, provide reliable systems that offer maximum protection against copying and thus prevent unlawful key duplication.

Thanks to its paracentric dimple profile and the standard drill protection, the knob cylinder is excellently protected against intruders. Due to its robust dimple key, the Vitess.4000 knob cylinder also offers maximum comfort and easy operation.

The Vitess.4000 knob cylinder is suitable for both private use (in apartment and front doors) and commercial use. In its keyed-alike variant, the knob cylinder can be combined with half and double cylinders of the series.

ABUS Vitess.4000 knob cylinder - Keyed-alike variant:

If you want to operate several Vitess.4000 cylinders with the same keys, you must order them in the "keyed-alike" version; if, on the other hand, you need a separate keying for each cylinder, they must be ordered as keyed-different. All compatible cylinders in the "keyed-alike" configuration will be coordinated within a single order, optionally also with the matching additional keys.

How many keys will I receive?

You will receive 3 keys per cylinder (regardless of whether keyed-alike or keyed-different). If you require more than 3 keys per cylinder, the order must be supplemented separately with additional keys

I already own Vitess.4000 cylinders and need more keys?

We offer you the option to subsequently order additional keys for keyed-alike cylinder sets that you already own. Please order the so-called replacement keys to sample and follow the instructions in the item description.

Send your request by e-mail (info[at]endlich-sicher.de) and then receive a suitable offer to have new cylinders manufactured that you can integrate into the keyed-alike setup of your existing cylinders. In addition to a small surcharge, we also require your security card.

ABUS Vitess.4000 knob cylinder - Dimensions and installation:
