The fischer undercut anchor FSU‑P is a self‑cutting undercut anchor made of stainless steel for applications where maximum loads and safety are required (e.g. heavy steel construction, nuclear power plants, oil & gas industry). The undercut anchor is ideally suited for heavy‑duty fixings to anchor steel structures, heavy pipework and industrial machinery outdoors in cracked and uncracked concrete. The FSU‑P is installed in a through‑fixing installation using the FSU‑ST setting tool into a hole created with the FSU‑SD collar drill. The anchor cuts the undercut itself, producing a form‑fit connection. This ensures maximum safety even with large crack widths in seismic areas. Using the FSU‑DT removal tool, the anchor can be removed quickly and without residue.

The fischer cartridge FHB II-P is a system component of the fischer Highbond system FHB II for anchoring in uncracked and cracked concrete. The mortar cartridge contains a styrene-free vinyl ester mortar. The mortar cartridge can be used with the fischer Highbond anchor rods FHB II-A S (standard) and FHB II-A L (long), available in electro-galvanised steel, stainless steel and highly corrosion-resistant steel. The fischer Highbond anchor rods are installed with the RA-SDS setting tool using a rotary hammer drill in rotary‑percussion mode. During installation the mortar cartridge is ruptured, the contents mixed and the mortar activated.
